Banana Doughnut Holes Makes appropriately 2 dozen doughnut holes Ingredients: 1 banana 2 cups of all purpose flower 2 cups of plain yogurt 1 tsp of baking soda 1/2 cup of milk 1/2 cup of sugar 1 tsp of cinnamon powder (optional) Directions: Mash the 1 banana in a bowl. In a separate bowl, add 2 cups of all purpose flower, 2 cups of plain yogurt, 1 tsp of baking soda and mix. Slowly add in the 1/2 cup of milk into the all purpose flower mixture and mix until combined. Add in the mashed banana into the mixture and mix until it reaches a dough-like consistency. Heat up oil in a frying pan and oil should reach approximately 320 degrees Fahrenheit. Oil a spoon and and spoon the dough making around 1 inch in diameter balls.
